From Business Partners and Service Providers

However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

Payment card information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant vendors.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
Rights Under State Laws:
Nevada Opt Out Rights – Nevada Residents

Texas Data Privacy and Security Act - Notice
If you are a Texas resident, we are required to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). This notice supplements our main Privacy Policy. We provide this Notice to explain your rights under the TDPSA and our responsibilities when we process personal data while providing our Services. We do not sell personal data.
Definitions:
Personal Data: “Personal Data” means information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual. Personal Data does not include de-identified data, aggregated data, or publicly available information. Examples of Personal Data we may collect include name, contact information, pharmacy account information, and other data you provide when using our Services
Sensitive Personal Data: “Sensitive Personal Data” includes personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status; genetic or biometric data processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual; personal data collected from a known child under 13; and precise geolocation information. As a pharmacy, certain health-related information we handle may qualify as Sensitive Personal Data. We process this information only when necessary to provide our Services, comply with law, or with consent where required.
Processing: “Processing” means any operation performed on personal data, including collecting, using, storing, disclosing, analyzing, or deleting information. We process personal data only as reasonably necessary to provide our Services and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Sale of Personal Data: “Sale” refers to the exchange of personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not sell personal data.
Targeted Advertising: “Targeted Advertising” refers to displaying advertisements to a consumer based on personal data collected across different websites or applications. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.
Controller: A “Controller” is the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data. We are the Controller of the personal data we collect in connection with our Services.
Your Rights Under the TDPSA
Access: You may request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and obtain access to that data.
Correction: You may request correction of inaccuracies in your personal data.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to lawful exceptions such as pharmacy record retention requirements.
Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format.
Opt-Out Rights: You may opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. We do not sell personal data or engage in these activities, but we provide notice of these rights as required by the TDPSA.
How to Exercise Your Rights: You may submit a request to exercise your TDPSA rights using the contact information provided in our Privacy Policy. We will respond within the timelines required by the TDPSA, generally within 45 days, with the possibility of one extension when reasonably necessary.
Data Minimization, Use, and Retention: We collect and process personal data only as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, operate our pharmacy, and comply with applicable healthcare laws. We retain personal data only for as long as needed to meet these purposes or fulfill legal obligations.
Security: We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
HOW TO MAKE A RIGHTS REQUEST

We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and will attempt to respond substantively within 45-90 days.
You must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom the personal information was collected and must contain sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.
Once we receive your request, we will begin the process to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the “Verification Process”). The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. You will be asked to provide us with two or three pieces of information that will help us to verify your identity. We will retain correspondence, documents and information related to any Request to Know, Request to Delete, or Request to Opt-Out for 24 months as required by law.
Right to Appeal
You have the right to appeal our decision to deny any of your privacy rights requests above. Within 45 days of receipt of your appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy
8. MINORS
Our services are not intended for minors without parental or legal guardian involvement.
We do not knowingly collect personal information or health information from minors without proper authorization.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use third-party vendors (e.g., shipping companies, payment processors, IT support).
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites linked from our site.

We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data.
